Customer pain points

In September 2018, due to temperature fluctuations of the high-speed bearings of the high-pressure and low-pressure expanders during the start-up, the temperature of the high-speed bearings rose to 116°C, and the unit tripped due to excessive temperature. After that, the oil was replaced, the temperature was controlled between 80-90°C, and after running for about a month, the temperature of the bearing bushes fluctuated and increased many times, which was close to the value of bump.

The temperature dropped to about 85°C in less than a month, and the temperature of the equipment has been stable so far. The operation has been kept at around 80°C, which has solved the major problems of customers. In August 2019, the customer put into use our two sets varnish removal unit again on the other two main units.
