Electrostatic adsorption element

The most harmful particle sizes are those < 3 microns, which are too small to be captured and filtered out by normal filters. However, particles of this size can easily enter the clearance of rolling parts and cause serious wear. Practice has proved that at the low content of water(<500ppm), the electrostatic adsorption element can not only adsorb these fine particles very well, but also remove insolube products of oil degradation (sludge) which greatly contribute to better cleanliness and extended oil lifetime.

Balanced charge coalescence

When contaminants present in the lubricating or hydraulic system, how to efficiently remove contaminants is the problem that we always concern about. Balanced charge coalescence technique is designed for fixing such problems. harmful contaminants can be removed by allowing small particulate to agglomerate and form larger particles that can be captured by standard filters. This technology can help you achieve great cost-savings from stable output,longer maintainance interval and low rate of oil changes.

Vacuum dehydration /coalescing separation

The presence of water in oil has dramatic impact on lubricating system and even your critical equipments. Two different technologies has been developed for 3 states of water(free,emulsified,dissolved). Coalescence separation are engineered to turbine oil which contains heavy free water or emulsified. Vacuum dehydration are versatile to get rid of these 3 states of  water. Oil flow pass these systems can reduce water content effectively,restore your oil system clean & dry.

Varnish molecule removal element

The removal of suspended varnish is not enough to prevent the formation of new varnish. Dry resin ion-exchange element is engineered to remove varnish molecules which can stop the accumulation of long-chain molecules polymerization(the precursor of varnish)  on the metal surface (cool zones, fine clearance, low flow). Moreover, the dry resin ion-exchange element operates with capability of removing acids from EHC lube systems and restore fluid resistivity.
