Soliges LT is a vacuum evaporator using a heat pump, fully automatic control
Clean water production vary from 0.2T-120T/ day
The vacuum is maintained at about -96KPar, the evaporation temperature is maintained at about 37℃
Energy sources are electricity and compressed air

Process

Pre heating The operation of the water pump generates a vacuum, the evaporator automatically feeds water, the compressor generates heat to heat the wastewater in the evaporation tank. Under the vacuum state, the temperature of the wastewater rises and begins to evaporate, the preheating is completed.
Evaporation process the evaporation temperature is maintained at 35-40°C. The compressor heats the refrigerant, causing rapid water evaporation. Simultaneously, the refrigerant cools via an expansion valve. The wastewater is reheated through the compressor. If bubbles form during evaporation, a sensor triggers automatic defoaming. After one cycle, the concentrated liquid is discharged, with cycle duration adjustable as needed.
Concentrate discharge After one evaporation cycle is completed, the compression pump stops working, the pneumatic valve of the concentrate pipeline is opened, the evaporation tank is pressurized, and the concentrated hydraulic pressure is poured into the concentration barrel
