The client is a hazardous waste disposal center, specializes in high-concentration industrial wastewater treatment and industrial solid waste treatment and disposal and resource utilization. HW09, HW17 emulsion containing high concentration of heavy metals, high salt, high ammonia nitrogen, have been using traditional processes such as dosing, precipitation, pressure filtration for disposal, which has limited disposal capacity.

Using vacuum evaporation system, heavy metals, salts and more than 99% of organic matter are removed. The concentration ratio is 80%, the remaining 20% of the concentrated liquid enters the post-processing process, which not only helps customers solve the problems of land shortage and long construction period, but also improves the processing capacity of the production line, achieves energy saving and high efficiency, and greatly reduces customers’ disposal costs.
