Principle:

Винсонда pure electric low-temperature evaporation and concentration system utilizes the heat pump principle in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry. After the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous Freon is discharged from the exhaust port of the compressor, it enters the heater, releases heat to the liquid in the heater, and evaporates and condenses itself to become a high-temperature and high-pressure liquid. The high-temperature and high-pressure liquid Freon is then throttled and decompressed by the expansion valve to become a low-temperature and low-pressure mixed state, and then enters the condenser for heat exchange with the secondary steam of the liquid. After absorbing heat, the mixed Freon is completely transformed into a low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous state. The secondary steam of the liquid releases heat and condenses into a liquid solvent for recovery. The low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous Freon enters the compressor and is compressed into a high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous state. In the entire closed process, the Freon in the gas cylinder and the liquid realize the mutual full utilization of cold and heat by converting to titanium. The entire process only needs to provide the energy required by the compressor to compress the Freon gas.
