Low-temperature evaporation technology at the forefront of the industry

Winsonda low-temperature evaporator adopts advanced low-temperature heat pump technology to efficiently concentrate wastewater through a low-temperature evaporation process. The pure electric evaporation module utilizes the heat pump principle in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry. After the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous Freon is discharged from the compressor exhaust port, it enters the heater, releases heat to the feed liquid in the heater, and evaporates it and condenses itself into a high-temperature and high-pressure liquid state. The high-temperature and high-pressure liquid Freon is then throttled and decompressed by the expansion valve to become a low-temperature and low-pressure mixture, and then enters the condenser for heat exchange with the secondary steam of the feed liquid. After the mixed Freon absorbs heat, it is completely transformed into a low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous state. The secondary steam of the liquid releases heat and condenses into a liquid solvent. The low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous Freon enters the compressor and is compressed into a high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous state. In the entire closed process, the Freon and liquid in the cylinder achieve mutual utilization of cold and heat by converting to titanium. The entire process only needs to provide the energy required by the compressor to compress the Freon gas.
