EHC high-pressure resistant oil is a phosphate ester resistant oil. As a synthetic hydraulic oil, some of its characteristics are completely different from mineral oil. Compared with mineral oil, EHC high-pressure EHC oil has the characteristics of being difficult to burn, but it also has the disadvantages of higher toxicity and poor thermal stability and hydrolytic stability. Because of this, it is inevitable that the EHC oil will deteriorate during operation, which is manifested as an increase in acid value, a decrease in resistivity, and an increase in water content.

 

1, What is the mainstream technology for purifying EHC oil?

In order to ensure the normal operation of the EHC oil and extend the service life of the EHC oil, maintenance and treatment during operation are extremely important. Electrostatic adsorption technology uses a circular high-voltage electrostatic field to cause the pollutant particles in the oil to display positive and negative charges respectively. These particles swim toward the negative and positive electrodes under the action of the electric field force, and the neutral particles are squeezed by the charged particle flow. Move, and finally all particles are adsorbed on the collector. It can efficiently remove all insoluble contaminants in the system, including sub-micron sludge colloids, that is, remove non-dissolved paint films. Sub-micron filtration precision is an effective means to ensure the removal of sludge and colloid saponified products generated by oil deterioration and system corrosion, thereby ensuring that the EHC foam characteristics are qualified. Electrostatic adsorption can also flow through charged particles in the oil. Effectively absorb and clean hydraulic lines such as fuel tanks and valves to keep the entire EHC system clean.

2. Typical applications of WSD EHC oil purifier

Project difficulties

The customer is the first nuclear power project approved for construction during the country’s “Eleventh Five-Year Plan”. It is China’s first standardized and large-scale nuclear power project to install four million-kilowatt nuclear power units at one time. It is also the first nuclear power plant in Northeast China. The fuel tank capacity of the EH regulating oil system of the steam turbine is small (about 500L of phosphate ester resistant fuel oil). In order to prevent the main fuel tank from causing a liquid level alarm due to leakage, an auxiliary fuel tank needs to be added to replenish the main fuel tank when the main fuel tank level is low to ensure that the main fuel tank is filled with oil. The liquid level in the fuel tank can be avoided to avoid the risk of tripping, while improving the oil index, reducing the acid value, MPC value, pollution degree, moisture and increasing the resistivity.
