Balanced Charge Agglomeration
Positive and negative electrodes are placed in two parallel flow paths through the non-conductive fluid, charging the particulate contaminants — one path with a positive (+) charge and the other with a negative (-) charge
The oppositely charged particles are then remixed, attract each other and agglomerate into larger clusters, so that fine particles that are otherwise difficult to filter can be easily captured and removed
Vacuum Flash Dehydration
Under high vacuum, the boiling point of water drops sharply, creating a large gap between the boiling points of water and oil
Inside the vacuum separation chamber, the oil is sprayed through nozzles into a coarse mist, greatly increasing the evaporation surface area and efficiency

The WJZ combines balanced-charge filtration with vacuum dehydration to address particle contamination and moisture in industrial oils. Applications include maintaining hydraulic oil cleanliness and recovering contaminated oil for reuse where its remaining properties meet service requirements.
Precision Forging & Metal Processing
For hydraulic systems in precision forging equipment where water ingress and particles can contribute to pump wear. WJZ treatment helps control moisture and contamination in oil serving critical production equipment.
Mining Machinery & Gearbox Flushing
For contaminated gear oil collected during coal mining machinery cleaning and gearbox flushing. Centralized purification supports oil reuse and helps reduce fresh-oil consumption and waste-oil disposal.
Railway Gearbox Testing
For gear oil that becomes contaminated during repeated bogie gearbox tests. A customized collection, purification and dispensing arrangement simplifies oil handling between test cycles.
Hydraulic Pump & Motor Testing
For hydraulic oil recovered from test benches and collection tanks. Removing particles and moisture allows suitable recovered oil to be returned to service, reducing unnecessary disposal.
Oil type, viscosity, contamination level and required cleanliness are assessed when selecting the treatment configuration.
Precision Forging: WJZ-50 treatment achieved reported cleanliness of NAS Class 4–6 and water content ≤100 ppm.
Railway Gearbox Testing: WJZ-10 improved cleanliness from NAS Class ≥12 to ≤7 and reduced water from 570 to 120 ppm, supporting oil reuse.
Hydraulic Test Benches: WJZ-30 recovered collected oil for reuse, achieving NAS Class <7 and water content <100 ppm.
Mining Machinery: WJZ-50 purified gearbox flushing oil for reuse, reducing fresh-oil purchasing and disposal costs.
Results are case-specific and vary with operating conditions.
