Balanced Charge Agglomeration
Positive and negative electrodes are placed in two parallel flow paths through the non-conductive fluid, charging the particulate contaminants — one path with a positive (+) charge and the other with a negative (-) charge.
The oppositely charged particles are then remixed, attract each other and agglomerate into larger clusters, so that fine particles that are otherwise difficult to filter can be easily captured and removed.
Vacuum Flash Dehydration
Under high vacuum, the boiling point of water drops sharply, creating a large gap between the boiling points of water and oil. In the vacuum dehydration system the oil is heated and held at approximately 60 ℃; under vacuum the water reaches its boiling point and begins to evaporate.
Inside the vacuum separation chamber, the oil is sprayed through nozzles into a coarse mist, greatly increasing the evaporation surface area and efficiency. Drawn by the vacuum pump, the water vapor enters the condenser, condenses into droplets and is collected in the water tank, completing oil-water separation.
DICR (Dry Ion Exchange Resin) technology removes soluble contaminants ranging from acids to metal salts without introducing hazardous sub-micron particles. Compared with other acid removal technologies, DICR offers several times higher acid removal capacity, longer life and greater effectiveness. Our DICR technology generates no water during acid removal, and has a proven track record of more than 20 million hours of successful operation.

With the extensive commissioning of high-parameter and large-capacity generating units, fire-resistant fluids have become widely utilized in Electro-Hydraulic Control (EHC) systems. Consequently, quality monitoring and testing of fire-resistant fluids have emerged as a critical component of power plant chemical supervision.
Synthetic Base: Unlike conventional mineral oils, it is a synthetic oil primarily composed of phosphate esters.
Higher Density: Phosphate ester fire-resistant fluid has a density greater than 1 (typically ).
Combustion & Stability Profile: Highly flame-resistant with relatively high toxicity; exhibits relatively poor thermal and hydrolytic stability.
High Hygroscopicity: Strong tendency to absorb ambient moisture.
Operational Vulnerabilities: Prone to increased total acid number (TAN), degraded electrical resistivity, and elevated water content during routine operation.
Fluid Contamination Pain Points:
Fire-resistant fluids used in EH (Electro-Hydraulic) systems inherently suffer from poor thermal stability, low hydrolytic stability, and extremely high hygroscopicity. Over prolonged operation, fluid oxidation and phosphate ester hydrolysis inevitably drive up the Total Acid Number (TAN), while accumulated moisture significantly increases water content. Furthermore, particulate contamination severely compromises the safe and reliable operation of the EH control system.

Phosphate ester fire-resistant fluids in power plant EH oil reservoirs.
