1. New Oil Filtration Before Filling
New oil can pick up contaminants during transportation and storage. Filter oil before it enters the equipment reservoir to reduce the introduction of particles during initial filling and subsequent oil changes.
2. Filtered Oil Transfer & Top-Ups
Open drums, reused oil cans, and dirty funnels can introduce additional contamination. WJYJ transfers oil from drums or storage tanks through its filtration stages before delivery to the receiving reservoir, combining oil transfer and filtration in one operation.
3. Bypass Filtration for Hydraulic Reservoirs
Use WJYJ as a separate filtration loop to remove particles from reservoir oil and supplement existing system filtration. Applications include hydraulic presses, die spotting presses, and die tryout presses. Optional water-absorbing elements are available where water removal is also required.
